Course37, a product of Shaitrish, strives to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our platform subscriptions and services.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • Free Trial: If your plan includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial period expires at no cost.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests for monthly plans must be made within 7 days of the billing date. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for annual plans must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or one-time configuration charges.
  • Custom domain registration fees.
  • Third-party integration costs (payment gateway fees, SMS credits, etc.).
  • Services already rendered or consumed.

4. Organization-to-Student Payments

Payments made by students to organizations through the Course37 platform are governed by the respective organization's own refund policies. Course37 acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for refunds between organizations and their students. Students should contact their organization directly for course-related refund requests.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund.
  2. Include your organization name and the billing period in question.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
