Course37 is a multi-tenant educational platform that provides organizations with tools for course management, exam creation, live classes, payment processing, website hosting, and AI-powered student support. Each organization operates under its own branded subdomain or custom domain.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations using Course37 agree to:

  • Provide lawful and accurate content on their platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding data protection and education.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Maintain appropriate relationships with their students and users.

5. Content Ownership

  • Organizations retain ownership of all content they upload to the platform (courses, exams, documents, etc.).
  • Course37 does not claim ownership of your content.
  • By uploading content, you grant Course37 a license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service.

6. Payments and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways (Stripe, PayPal, SSL Commerz, bKash).
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Course37 and Shaitrish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
