1. Design Template → 2. Export & Print → 3. Students Fill in Bubbles
→ 4. Scan Sheets → 5. Auto-Grade → 6. Publish Results

For scanning, see How to Scan OMR Sheets. For results, see How to Manage OMR Results.

Exporting & Printing

  1. Click Save Template after designing
  2. Click Export PDF to generate printable OMR sheets
  3. Print the required number of copies:
    • e.g., 100 students = 100 printed sheets
  4. Use standard A4 paper
  5. Print quality: 300 DPI or higher recommended

Tip: Templates are reusable. Create once, use for multiple exams throughout the year.

Best Practices

  1. Test print first — Print one copy and test-scan it before printing for all students
  2. Use quality paper — Avoid thin paper that might show through
  3. Clear instructions — Include bubble-filling instructions on the sheet
  4. Consistent format — Use the same template format across exams for student familiarity
  5. Include set identifier — Always include Set (A/B/C/D) field for multi-set exams
