How to Connect Exams to a Course

Exams can be created independently in the Exam System and then connected to specific modules within a course. This separation allows you to reuse the same exam across multiple courses.

Adding an Exam to a Module

  1. Open the CourseCoursePlan → select a module
  2. Click Add Content → Exam
  3. Choose from:

Option A: Create New Exam

Build a new exam directly from here:

  • Select question type (MCQ, CQ, SQ)
  • Add questions manually or from the question bank
  • Configure exam settings

Option B: Select from Question Bank

Use an existing exam:

  • Browse available exams
  • Search by name, tag, or subject
  • Select the exam to connect
